Sharing a special moment between friends, spouses, family. There is a quiet closeness where all troubles seem unyoked, joys are shared, and you can simply focus on the moment in time. Have you done the same with Jesus? Come close to Him, trusting and relying on Him, following His direction? To lean is to trust. To be supported by another in closeness and dependence. A strength in knowing you do not bear it all alone. Not out of weakness, but out of closeness. A nearness that we simply accompany our beloved and walk with them supported, steady, and at peace.
