Here is my first hand account BookCon 2026! After a years long hiatus they came back to the Javits Center in New York City with a promise that it would be bigger and better then ever. I'm not sure they delivered (though it was a bigger crowd I heard up to 25,000 people!) This was my first time at BookCon, but I had been to other conventions before so I knew what to expect. I did not expect hours long wait to get in the door, only one escalator to get between floors, $8 *plain* hot dogs, and masses of people pushing and shoving for a handful of free books. I hope this video serves as a memorial of the chaos that was BookCon 2026.
