Doh’Ghaar (dohghaar) is a halal Pakistani cafe that opened up in Wantagh, Long Island not too long ago. They have a full coffee bar, matcha, non-alcoholic mojitos, toasts, flatbreads, sandwiches, pasta, and more traditional Pakistani snacks like bun kebab and papri chaat. They’re completely halal and only use chicken. The chicken is by hand.
