The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed American quarterback JaCobian Morgan. The 24-year-old played seven games at Jackson State University in 2025, completing 60.1 percent of his pass attempts for 1,187 yards, 11 touchdowns, and two interceptions, and rushing 42 times for 293 yards and three scores.
