Peking duck skin is different here y’allll 👏 it’s thicker and bursts with oils on first bite 🤯 what was new was the minced raw garlic alongside the sugar to dip it in! The sharpness of the garlic balances out the fattiness of the oils well. The pâté cracker bites were a very rich way to enjoy the skin - which was the first serving of it.
