Fatal collision shakes Ottawa’s south end 😨💔 Emergency crews responded to a two vehicle collision Tuesday evening at the intersection of Woodroffe Avenue and Slack Road, just south of Hunt Club. According to Ottawa Police Service, one adult was pronounced dead at the scene after suffering life threatening injuries. Their identity has not yet been released. A man in the same vehicle was taken to hospital with serious but stable injuries, while a man and woman in the second vehicle were also transported with non life threatening injuries. Roads in the area remain closed, with Woodroffe shut down between Hunt Club and Fallowfield, and Slack Road closed between Woodroffe and Vaan Drive as the investigation continues.
