So this happened! No idea how long I walked around this way but there I was in a grocery store , full exposure . 😂 Also, 6 hours of no phone during a day where I really needed one! I also forgot to tell you about how I was dripping in sweat , running around to all these places like a maniac. A lot of people think that adversity and my book Bounce Forward is about the big heavy hard moments. But I wrote it for days like today. We all need to recalibrate sometimes and remember how.
