This is beautiful ❤️ On the 14th of March 2023 Andy’s ‘whole life fell apart’ when his son Andrew collapsed whilst doing what he loved, playing football. Andy says that Andrew had a heart condition, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. In 2019 he had an ICD (Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator) fitted. Andrew never let his condition get him down or affect his daily life. Andy and Andrew were season ticket holders at Hearts, and Andy has renewed Andrew's seat in his memory, so he’ll always be there to cheer on the Jam Tarts with his old man 👏 Andy has set up a GoFundMe page for the Andrew MacKinnon Football Foundation, #Forever15, a charity set up in his son’s memory.
