A huge thank you to our 2025 students and graduates for learning and applying the core concepts of bead rolling in our program. Bead rolling is a sheet-metal forming process that uses rollers and dies to create raised or recessed beads in metal panels. These beads increase strength and rigidity, reduce flex and vibration, and add a clean, professional appearance—all without adding extra material. It’s commonly used in automotive, fabrication, and custom metal projects and helps teach precision, planning, and an understanding of how metal moves.
