Hall of Fame Shout Out🚨 This Week’s Hall of Fane shout out goes to Verona Catcher OliverHeckelsmiller Oliver has been training with our team at the Verona location for almost a decade! He has a drive that gets him in the the gym consistently 4-5 times a week to train not just with our gym trainers, but our Edge Baseball Academy coaches as well. With an internal drive that tells him to give his best every single time, Oliver has been able to do some amazing things in the gym. Recent improvements 200 —> 215 Bench Press 30.6” —> 31.2” Vertical Jump 31.4” - 33.1” Approach Jump 1.18sec —> 1.13sec 10yrd + 10yrd Fly Those improvements have even helped him with our Edge Baseball Velo Program training as well to achieve a throw speed PR of 91.4mph!!!
