A whole bunch of my dreams are coming true all at once 🌈 Story time: I met Ryan, owner of award-winning seedzbrewery in the middle of a kohlrabi field during harvest back in 2019 or so. He had just started his brewery and was looking to source interesting ingredients from local farms. I was struck by his positivity and enthusiasm (anyone who knows Ryan immediately likes him) I sold him a bushel of beets and we both went on with our busy lives. Fast forward a few years later… I had left full time farming and was making silly little garden harvest videos for tiktok. Ryan saw that I was growing chamomile and asked if I could grow more for a special beer he wanted to brew. Folks, this kind of thing is MY JAM. I love working directly with chefs and makers to provide agricultural products you wouldn’t normally be able to source elsewhere and then turn it into an even more special experience.
