We had an awesome time yesterday getting our hands dirty at esoterraculinary! Together with kyndrylglobal, students from cuboulderenvd, our #TreeTender volunteers and thanks to onetreeplanted, we added about 200 seedlings 🌱 from harlequinsgardens to this #regenerative farm. We love what Esoterra is doing for the planet 🌍 and for our local food systems 🥕 Their #NoTill farming practices are helping to sequester carbon and keep soil healthy. Plus, they’re providing local restaurants with all kinds of fun veggies and herbs like lovage and purple snap peas! Delicious!
