This whole jacket situation honestly made me so sad. Even though eddiebauer has a customer-friendly option to help, I still wanted to fix it myself and make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. I even followed every single step written on the care label, but the jacket still came out flat — so I had to go all in and fix it at home. Here’s what I did: ✔️ Dryer on low heat ✔️ Damp cloth inside ✔️ Three dryer balls ✔️ 30 minutes each round ✔️ Took it out and patted the filling after every cycle ✔️ Repeated it three times And slowly, it actually started coming back to life.
