International students In Canada mostly end up working at stores or ware houses which I had never done my entire life. So I decided to look for a job in software with my IT experience but it was initially hard coz most of the employers/job posts were for citizens/Permanent residents or work permit holders. So I tried freelancing @upwork and within short time I was able to land in a software job and was also able to convert my part time to a full time job post my graduation.
