“Taking the summer off” was the best decision for my soul. Rediscovering me was necessary. Being present with my family was non-negotiable. Wearing dresses was refreshing. Carving out micro moments for myself, whether on my own or with the right people was golden. This is THE summer I wanted & needed and I’m sad to see it come to an end.
