This past week was one of the most chaotic weeks where everything felt like it was happening at once - BUT, I wouldn’t have it any other way! The opportunities, the growth, the appreciation - it was ALL worth it! And while I’m still on a high and already jumping into what’s next, I have to remind myself that a little pause is needed to reset and rest with the fam jam this weekend, so we’re doing just that. One of the many highs from the week was being invited to open the Ottawa Indian Film Festival (oiffa_ ) on Tuesday evening. The premiere night was absolutely phenomenal with the film Footprints on Water directed by nathalia_syam - the film left me feeling immensely inspired. Tonight is the last night to catch oiffa_ here in #ottawa - let’s continue to support the many events & initiatives happening within our beautiful city & better yet supporting the arts & creatives that bring so much diverseness & understanding to the stories that NEED to be given space to be told.
