Creating my own spaces, joining forces with other valued spaces, and being genuinely committed to influencing change in myself and in my community has left me with so much hope that bigger things are to come. I don’t do it for the praises or accolades. I don’t do it for the publicity. That’s not the end goal. And I definitely don’t do it alone. Behind every initiative, behind every idea, and behind every execution there is a solid team of committed peeps who are pushing forward to make a difference - you know who you are!
