Oh, mamas. This toddler stage the second time around is seriously kicking my butt. Let me just tell you, toddlers have the ‘tude that could literally push one to that tipping point. And that’s how my Monday started. With unforeseen meltdowns from the 20 monther that really kick-started my Monday in the right direction. Like in the direction of intense anxiety and mama tears. You see, daycare drop-offs cannot and I repeat cannot be done by me. Something just goes off in the toddler’s little heart that makes it impossible for her to part ways from me for the day. And because of life, I made the decision knowing how tough it is for the both of us, to do daycare drop off this morning. And, uh, it just didn’t go well. I had a moment of panic.
