This letter is for all my friends who have shied away from speaking up about their successes and failures! I am one of these people. Breaking out of the shell, slowly...but it’s a work-in-progress. Thinking back, I always had a tough time with job interviews because I couldn’t speak about me confidently. And having confidence does not by any means make you a “know it all”. It just means you have the right skills in your back pocket to own your voice. What are these skills? I’ll share these at a later time (hint: you might be thinking what I’m thinking). So as a kind reminder, always celebrate you and all that you do to show up for yourself and those important to you. And when you show-up, speak-up. This world needs more people who are real movers and shakers.
