Ack, the dreaded over used commercialized word: self-care - let’s talk about it. I’ve reached a point where self-care has become a task. There was a faint time where it was enjoyable, but not anymore. It’s just become another thing that I now have to plan for. It takes more effort to think about where/when/how than actually executing.
