I’ve walked past “The New Moulin Rouge” so many times and wondered what it was. I did a little research and found out it was a jazz club with live music several nights a week. The owners had a band called “Secrets,” and there was a big fish in a fish tank that people liked to feed (source: charleston city paper) It’s been abandoned for years, but wouldn’t it be nice if it got a second life? 🎼 I was clearly torn between a wood door and a red door—but red just says “jazz club” to me !!
