If you love ribs as much as I do, you have to try my jalapeno glazed baby backs. Sweet, spicy, smokey and so delicious.
I made them on the brand new traegergrills Westwood XL pellet grill. This thing is a workhorse. Packed full of premium features like WiFIRE technology, tons of cooking space, storage and best of all, available at a price point that won’t break the bank!
To make the ribs, remove the membrane, coat with yellow mustard for the binder and season with your favorite bbq rub.
Set the grill to 250 degrees, place the ribs on the grates and top with sliced jalapenos.
To make the glaze, combine the following:
½ cup bbq sauce
1 sliced jalapeno
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Glaze the ribs every hour, until they hit 190-195 degrees internal. This took about 4 hours. Remove them from the grill, cover with foil and rest for 20-30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
