What does support really make possible? For Kabir and his family, it means a little more space to breathe. Kabir is 13 and a three-time relapsed leukemia survivor. While his cancer is now in remission, he’s living with complex post-transplant complications that affect nearly every part of daily life—requiring constant care, frequent hospital visits, and ongoing treatment. Through it all, Kabir continues to find joy where he can. He loves gaming and anime and dreams of becoming a chef one day. We recently provided Kabir’s family with $5,000 in support to ease the financial strain of his care. As his family shared: “We’re just trying to give Kabir as many moments of joy as we can in the middle of everything he’s facing.
