🏃‍♀️ Technically, chasing after it counts as cardio, right? We gave weighted hula hoops a real spin. While they can be a fun, low-pressure way to move (and tap into that childhood nostalgia), they’re not without their hazards. As editor Kristin Currin noted: “I don’t love how the links can pinch your skin, get caught on clothing, or suddenly detach and cause the ball to go flying.” One tester preferred the smoother, padded hoop for a more controlled burn, while Kristin found the gravity ball easier to keep going. Either way, if you’re looking for movement that feels more playful than punishing, it might be worth the hype… assuming you can keep it spinning for more than 5 seconds. 🔗 Click the link in bio for our full weighted hula hoop review. #weightedhulahoop #athomeworkout #workoutequipment #fitness #hulahoop Before you try it, we tested it.
