An Oscar-winning actress is booking a return trip to #TheWhiteLotus. Last week, Helena Bonham Carter departed the HBO hit, just days into production on season 4, and creator Mike White has now turned to his past for the replacement: his 'Enlightened' costar and collaborator Laura Dern. White is writing a new role that is being specifically developed for Dern, who was previously heard on 'The White Lotus' season 2 as the voice of Abby, the unseen wife of Michael Imperioli's Dominic.
