Ingredients (serves ~4–5)
1 bottle dry rosé (750 ml)
1 cup guava nectar or juice
¼–½ cup vodka
¼ cup St-Germain
1–2 tbsp simple syrup (optional, to taste)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. If you have a ninja slushi, add all ingredients to it and let it run for about a half hour.
If you don’t have a slushi, here’s how to make it in a blender:
1. If you have time, freeze the rosé in ice cube trays ahead of time for a super slushy texture.
2. Add the full bottle of rosé, guava juice, vodka, St-Germain, lemon and simple syrup (if using) to your blender.
3. Add ice (or frozen rosé cubes) and blend until smooth.
4. Taste and adjust — add a splash more juice if you like it sweet...
