Day 1 and 2 were an absolute BLAST. We kicked off the weekend’s festivities with the beautiful sashing ceremony aboard the USS Yorktown on Wednesday evening. On Thursday, we had the opportunity to hear from smiletrain and learn more about their mission and impact. We also received valuable industry insight from forwardtheagency and modelmakersgroup and we had the chance to participate in a casting call! Special thank you to noeliavoigt umasofias and mental health coach, Brandy Klingman, for leading such an important conversation on mental health. Your vulnerability and honesty about an often overlooked topic is truly admirable. To wrap up the day, we headed to a Charleston Riverdogs game for some fun before the big day! What a way to start pageant weekend!! And now, it’s prelim day and I could not be more excited!!!
