Let’s get straight to it! SMOKED PORCHETTA NACHOS - Fresh made chips so they are super crispy! The smokiness from the Porchetta you notice on first bite and the chipotle mixed with the ranch is fire! I’d get these all day! SMOKED BBQ RIBS - These were super juicy, tender and easy to bite through. Slight smokiness and a sweet chili kinda of sauce. Not bad! TEXAS TOAST - This texas toast and the nachos are my go to! SWISS PATTY MELT ON RYE - Swiss patty melt is good but I’m not the biggest fan of rye. I like to try a little bit of everything that way it’s a bit more diverse than my usual go to picks. With the sauce it balanced it out got me!
