There’s a reason why I come back to the_flower_fields every year 🌸 For a few short weeks, the hills of Carlsbad turn into rows and rows of color, and it genuinely feels like stepping into a little spring daydream! 🌷 March 1 – May 10 📍 The Flower Fields 5704 Paseo Del Norte Carlsbad, CA While the flowers are obviously the main event, there’s actually so much to do here if you want to make a full day out of it ☀️ We stayed at hotelsoleacarlsbad, a newly opened dual-resort that’s a quick drive away from The Flower Fields, for a convenient and seamless experience! Then we spent our time wandering through the blooms, the butterfly encounter 🦋 (so magical), hopped on the tractor ride for the best views 🚜, and of course had to let Auggie run through the Sweet Pea Maze 🥹 There are photo ops literally everywhere you turn, like every corner feels like a backdrop, plus little spots to explore, seasonal food, and even fresh flowers you can take home with you 💐 It’s one of those places...
