Two hours south of Athens, there's a small town called Barnesville, Georgia.
That's where CJ Allen grew up. He became a local legend at Lamar County High School, chose to stay home and play for the Dawgs, and wasted no time making good on that decision. By the time his career was over, he was a team captain, the green dot signal caller on defense, and the leader of one of the best defenses in college football. In 2025 alone, he led Georgia in tackles (88), TFLs (8.0), and sacks (3.5).
Now CJ Allen is an NFL linebacker for Indianapolis. Congratulations, CJ.
