"Roll out the barrel, we'll have a barrel of fun." What started last September returns when Des Moines Biergarten — a pop-up German-themed beer garden that the whole family can visit — reopens at dsmwaterworkspark on Wednesday. That means steins of German and local craft beers and German-inspired food in an outdoor setting. The owners of doughcopizza teamed up with Water Works Park Foundation on the project, and this season, plan to bring a bigger footprint and longer schedule.
