Two people were pulled from the Schuylkill River and rescued after their canoe capsized on Wednesday morning, police say. Exclusive video from CBS News Philadelphia shows the rescue. The Philadelphia Police Marine Unit and Philadelphia Fire Department medics were called out to the river near Fountain Green Drive where they made the rescue.
