Finally getting around to sharing this one! ✨☺️ In the Fall I got accepted and invited to be part of Harvard Business School’s Crossover Into Business program led by anitaelberse and let me tell you this : I felt like a my young Meli getting ready for college again - aka a lil nervous, super excited, and tbh definitely procrastinating in good ole under pressure fashion reading up study cases to prep for the classes 😅. Being on campus brought such an incredible energy. To be around high-level thinkers and performers, athletes both current and former, and people from around the world who all bring different perspectives… yooo I felt the aura immediately. What stuck with me most learning under Anita Elberse and her HBS students: It’s not just about being prepared, it’s about having the confidence to speak. Raise your hand. Ask the question.
