Jhay was recently appointed to the Board of the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA). In this role, he helps veteran entrepreneurs access mentorship, resources, and opportunities to grow their businesses. In addition to his work with veterans, Jhay also addresses global challenges through his research and academic pursuits. In March, he completed his dissertation on military readiness and global outbreaks, exploring how nations can better prepare for crises that affect both public health and national security.
