I’ve spent some time trying to find the right words for this season, this team, and this staff, and I keep coming back to one: gratitude. Grateful for the challenges that pushed us, the relationships that grounded us, and the people who made this journey what it was. We built something special something you could feel and that belief carried us every step of the way. I’d be lying if I said the ending didn’t hurt. I’ve been sitting with that. But even in the disappointment, there’s a deep appreciation for what we had and what we created together. Some seasons are measured by outcomes.
