2x a week I coach catchers from around the world on zoom. It’s pretty special. 🤩⚾️ Most of the catchers are ages 10-14, though there are some younger and older catchers as well. We do drills together as well as talk through mindset and game scenarios. The catchers in the group also practice at home and send in video to me that I review, so I take the common patterns I see there and lead us through live training on those issues. Lately we’ve had a big focus on throwing and blocking.
