TOMPKINS EARNS PRESTIGIOUS CIF AWARD: Senior Rocco Tompkins has garnered one of the state’s most acclaimed awards, as he is one of six students to be selected as a CIF Spirit of Sport Award winner for the 2025-26 school year. “The CIF Spirit of Sport Award honors student-athletes who exemplify character, leadership, and dedication,” said CIF Executive Director Ron Nocetti. “These individuals lead by example, demonstrating integrity, sportsmanship, and a strong commitment to their communities.” Tompkins is the first student-athlete in school history to be recognized for the award and was honored along with the five other winners by the CIF State office last Friday during a ceremony at the CIF Federated Council luncheon in Oakland.
