The mental health journey is comprehensive meaning it includes practical and non practical steps to navigate the terrain — no matter how steep. On Sunday, I talked a bit about my journey through the darkest season of my life and the unequivocal provision of God in it all. It was a little more than 9 months ago when Jesus revealed His heart for those going through mental darkness and the idea of Armor came to my mind. On Sunday, we learned that Jesus was crucified on a place called Golgotha which means place of the “Skull” knowing full well that the battle is not only for our hearts, but certainly in our minds! We are on a mission as a community to pursue a sound mind together through these monthly gatherings and several other avenues for 2023!
