I love any excuse to make cinnamon rolls! But Funfetti cake cinnamon rolls?! Game changer! •Mix 1 1/4 cup warm water with a packet (2 1/4tsp) yeast •In a separate bowl, mix a packet of Funfetti cake mix with 2 cups flour. Combine ingredients- either in a bread machine on dough cycle or knead by hand, let sit covered for 1+ hours •roll out dough onto a floured surface. Apply 1 stick of melted or softened butter, and drizzle over brown sugar and cinnamon. Optional: sprinkles! •roll into a log, and cut. Place cinnamon rolls into a greased dish.
