I wanted to shoot this photo in a low light situation because I had a vision for these two 😉, luckily Maricela and Juan were completely on board with my ideas lol. I set up an umbrella with a constant light and placed it behind them (about shin level) and pointed the light upward. After I set up this shot it felt really right, especially with the twinkling lights behind them against the pitch black wilderness.
