The Independence Program (TIP) is a three-week immersion experience designed to prepare youth with disabilities for adult life. While living in a college residence, participating youth plan outings, cook, budget, practise taking transit and more. Supported by donors, TIP holds a special place in the hearts of so many youth and their families. As one parent of a participant says, "I see how far he has come. He's built so many important skills and met so many people along the way."
