The 26-year-old Alphanso Talley was charged with multiple felonies, including first degree murder of a Chicago Police Officer and attempted murder of a second CPD officer, after a shooting inside Chicago's busy Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital Saturday, leading the hospital to lockdown for hours as a manhunt ensued across the city's northwest side.
