🚨 #SaveTheCaps DRAMA 🚨 Last night a British Columbia politician tweeted that he was “fighting to keep the Whitecaps in Vancouver” and MLS Commish Donny G (maybe?) dropped in from the clouds calling him a dirty rotten LIAR. Fast forward a few hours and an MLS spokesperson said DG’s twitter has been HACKED (and the reply has been deleted). Not sure on this one. Calling a politician a liar if he’s lying seems fair, and in fact fans would respect it, but it is definitely out of character for someone as savvy as DG. That said, someone hacking his twitter just to take a dump on a politician seems… odd. What we thinking: hacked or backpedaling? ps: personally, I don’t really care. If the politician is lying, DG deserves a standing ovation for calling him out. At the end of the day, the only thing that *actually* matters is that politicians and rich people do what needs doing to ensure whitecapsfc stay in Vancouver. pps: #SAVETHECAPS
