WHAT’S BETTER TAKING BP IN A CAGE OR ON A FIELD… OR IT DOESNT MATTER EITHER WAY🤔 I got asked this question recently and both have positives and negatives. If I’m practicing by myself or with one of my teammates, its pretty brutal to have to run all over the field to pick up baseballs after every few rounds; however, being able to see the full ball flight on a field is really helpful🏌️‍♂️. Especially when I’m trying to see how the ball is spinning off my bat (slicing, hooking, back spinning, knuckling, etc…in order to make an adjustment)🧐 so if I have like 4-5 guys to help pick I’m going to choose the field everytime and outfielders can also practice getting reads off the bat at the same time😎 I thought it would be interesting to overlap some bp from the cage to the field with Number 1 ranked 27 grad Univ Of Tennessee switch hitting SS and MY GUYY🤩 dylan_seward2 (aka “DRIP GOD”💦) just to see the full ball flight on the field at the same height it hits inside the cage🎬⚾️📈 norcoba...
