White Cube wishes a Happy Birthday to Shao Fan 🎉⁠ ⁠ In May, White Cube Mason’s Yard will present Shao Fan’s first UK exhibition, ‘Refrain / 复沓’, featuring a selection of his meticulously rendered ink-on-rice-paper paintings.⁠ ⁠ The artist’s practice is informed by a deep engagement with traditional Chinese culture, whilst also referencing elements of Western art history.
