The third man accused in the 2002 m-rder of #RunDMC’s late #JamMasterJay has officially pleaded guilty. #JayBryant, 52, admitted in federal court on Monday that he played a role in the de-dly ambush of the Run-DMC legend, whose real name was Jason Mizell. Bryant had previously pleaded not guilty after being charged nearly three years ago, but has now taken responsibility for his involvement. Bryant told the judge he knowingly helped the g-nmen enter Mizell’s #NewYork recording studio, admitting, “I knew a g-n was going to be used to sh—t Jason Mizell...“I knew that what I was doing was wrong and a crime.” Prosecutors say Bryant helped carry out the plan by opening a back door for the sh--ters just before the attack. His DNA was also reportedly found on a hat left at the scene.
