I made a lemon & blueberry cake. There's zest in here, there's sweet pops of blueberry....there was also no plan to do this. But I found italian lemons in the market today and the fruit wala bhaiya gave me 2 tubs of blueberries for the price of one. I just had to make this cake, it's one of my favourites. If smell could win awards, this cake would have a trophy because the aroma while baking wafting though the house was 10/10 so much so that the myntra guy who came to pick up a return had a smile on his face (assuming I would offer him cake, I suppose) Came out of the oven so gorgeous! Couldn't wait for it to cool and impatience means I didn't cut perfect slices (please always let your cake fully cool down before you slice) Uff. So much I've typed but you get my drift, right?
