Stepping into the healthcare field as a Black woman, I’m honored to stand among the 13.7% of Black women in U.S. healthcare and even more honored to represent the future of it! California raised me, but Texas made me. Cali gave me my roots, my confidence, and the spirit to dream big. Texas gave me growth, resilience, discipline, and lessons that changed me forever.
