Police have declared a terrorist incident after two Jewish men were stabbed in north London. The victims, aged 76 and 34, are in a stable condition and police officers responding to the stabbing in Golders Green were also attacked. A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and has a history of serious violence and mental health issues, Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley said.
