Legends and Heroes honors Texas Moto Legend Dennis Hawthorne on the Monster Energy Stage at the Dallas Supercross. Dennis's Moto career lasted from 1983-1992, with his last Supercross race here in Dallas finishing 18th. Throughout his SX career, Dennis finished in the top ten, ten times. He also raced Arenacross and quickly became a Star winning the series in 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1990! Dennis also won the GNC Texas Series in 1984, 1985 and 1986. He raced in the AMA Texas Series Championship winning the series in 1986 and 1987, as well as winning the GNC finals in 1989, 1990 and 1991! Dennis earned a National number six times in his professional career. Dennis has been a staple in Texas Moto for 35+ years. He so Big in Texas he deserved two bikes on the podium!
